He called me the day of and apologized for not being able to make it by, so we decided to visit his office and made an appointment with him to visit his office on a Monday.. We visited him at his office and saw a demo of the printer we would potentially lease. We discussed printer needs and the details of the lease. He took a solid hour with us. Dave is a really good guy, seems like he is very customer orientated and very friendly. He took time to understand our needs and the options he could provide us..
